Hi,

Summary:
If gaia CI is horribly broken make sure you are rebased on
8b04d57f6dac026067cbb6de2a47dd7716713625.
(Without it tasks will fail to be created)

Longer story:
Due to some untrimmed strings in gaia decision tasks task.scopes included a
string containing newline "\n".
The scope was unimportant and had no effect.

However, in ever ongoing efforts to improve TaskCluster APIs, removing
footguns and potential future security issues,
we are forbidding non-printable ascii characters in scope strings for tasks.
Generally, this has no effect as nobody relies on it.
Except gaia which managed to not trim a string that was unnecessarily added
to task.scopes.

This should be fixed in: 8b04d57f6dac026067cbb6de2a47dd7716713625
So if you experience CI issues, where the decision task fails to create
test tasks, you should make sure your PR is rebased.
I've been scanning all incoming tasks this morning (12k tasks) and gaia is
the only project that has issues with the new
restriction. At this point I think it's only PRs, and this morning I've
only seen one test run that failed :)

Anyways, I hope the move is smooth, I'm rolling out the new restrictions
today.
