Like Paul says, we plan to release a new simulator soon. There's been a lot of technical hoops to jump through lately with Mulet and TaskCluster changes.
Anyway, we should have an official one through WebIDE soon. There is Linux only build on TaskCluster: https://tools.taskcluster.net/index/artifacts/#gecko.v1.mozilla-central.latest.simulator/gecko.v1.mozilla-central.latest.simulator.opt For other platforms, the fastest thing would likely be to wait for the official simulator release.
