As a user, what I'd want most is a re-organization of the Settings
hierarchy. I have the impression that everything I want involves a lot
of scrolling when vertical depth with additional layers of grouping
could be more useful for me, e.g. Radio/Wifi/Telephony, Security,
Customizability, Developer/Debugging, Device Info.
