We could decide to do this. I just wanted to ensure everyone was aware
of the potential confusion.

I guess what worries me is something like:

1. New person downloads the "regular" Simulator (today's Mulet build)
2. They read an MDN page about installing apps into the Simulator from WebIDE
3. They expect WebIDE's simulator list to contain the "regular" Mulet
they downloaded, since after all they downloaded a thing called
"simulator", and they are looking at a list of simulators in WebIDE
4. If they haven't thrown the computer out the window yet, they may
come to IRC where we can say, "oh, you need the *other* simulator to
do that"
