This list is constrained to the 10 core apps/modules we targeted for 2.5. Some are claimed, others need owners. :kaze or I are happy to mentor these - if anyone has cycles and/or knows the module in question, please consider grabbing one or 2. We'll want to land these on master and request uplift on a case by case basis. The broader list of all built-in apps is also up for grabs: http://mzl.la/1I1L5hX In particular we'd love to apply the same refactoring and navigation-direction fixes to Gallery, Clock, Music, Camera, Video, etc. We're in the #RTL2.5 (and going forward, the #rtl) IRC channel, but #fxos works too.
