Before we able to turn off Firefox browser UI and devtools, we still can
force it to open in fullscreen mode when linux desktop is booted (or
automate it in init.d), so no extra UI is shown on screen but just gaia.

And I guess most of hardware-related APIs are not necessary on Respberry pi
at all, because Rpy does not have related hardware to support them.
