This weekend in Paris during the FirefoxOS Hackathon we ported few new devices using cyanogenmod framework, I know for a fact that a documentation will be soon available on MDN and will explain a step by step procedure to port. some says it takes 10 minutes, but clearly it's more 11 :) even the 64 bit phone part should not be an issue long.
