I think we should take an inventory of the Gonk/Gecko/browser code to determine the minimum subset required to bootstrap just the browser. I would then get that building and passing some basic tests. As those tests green up (e.g., closer to Fennec) we can lobby to get it on to Tier 1. --Jet
