I'm part of Firefox Marketplace Reviewers team so I will answer your question here: Your app was rejected (yesterday) because your server didn't serve manifest with the HTTP header "Content-Type: application/x-web-app-manifest+json". See https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/Apps/Manifest#Serving_manifests for more information. This prevents app from installing. Your app type is hosted which means that we don't host your app. It's hosted on your server (which has issue mentioned earlier) until you fix this problem app can't be installed and that's the reason it's currently removed from our marketplace. As soon as you fix this issue please resubmit your app to Firefox Marketplace and I will approve your app once again. Thanks for your understanding.
