The pip warnings get flagged by treeherder (and should be fixed), but
are harmless. The real reason the jobs are busted are the build errors
further down in the logs.
Also note, mulet test jobs are busted as well, though they're currently
hidden by the build failure.

check the permissions and owner of that directory. If executing pip with
sudo, you may want sudo's -H flag.
You are using pip version 7.1.0, however version 8.1.0 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
That looks like a releng/automation issue, no the usual broken code we fix.
