(i) I would say that if matching Android is affected, B2G is.

(ii) I guess it is not handled at all

We are on our own for this. If we can pull some fix from an Android
device, we can fix it. Otherwise ...

And the customization depends on what you target. There should not be
that much of changes at HAL level, but there might be some differences,
though.
