So, I knew there was already a report somewhere. Turns out it was Enrico hacking on Xperia E3 device. Now, he has been able to complete a successfull build and covered what was to fix on [https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/t/building-b2g-os-for-flamingo-xperia-e3/8163/63] This includes your problem, which seems to be a known AOSP problem when building on 16.04.
