Hi everybody, there will be a new Customer Rights Directive (Verbraucherrechterichtlinie) in EU from June 13th 2014 on, changing some informational requirements and the right of withdrawal for online merchants. We collected the most important information in a German blog post as we are concerned that mostly German customers will have to adapt their legal documents.
