If someone should have this issue in the future: Resolved it with
placing the "oxefi.php" inside core directory.
I don't know why the file was missing in my first backup.

Hey Alex,
if I remember correctly, the removal scripts for oxefichecksum could
be found somewhere in the updateApp of the update packages:
http://wiki.oxidforge.org/Cumulative_Packages
Cheers
Marco

Subject: [oxid-dev-general] Missing oxefichecksum and similar fields
Hi,
I've installed an OXID eShop 4.5.8 (PE) in a Vagrant Box (VM). On the
production server, everything is fine.
Backuped files and database, changed the config. The shop works but
throws Exceptions for missing "oxefichecksum" fields.
I already cleared the Cache, regenerated the views, and do not find any
reference of "oxefichecksum" in sourcecode at all. However it works if I
add these fields to the tables. But they aren't on the production
server. The file "oxefi.php" is not present in core folder on both
systems.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
