It works AFAIK, but it is Nightly only until the Legal and UX agree on
the new opt-in text (bug 903535).
In a meeting last week, I think Asa suggested moving Fennec's stumbler
code to a Fennec add-on. We can promote an add-on on Fennec's home
screen. We can update an add-on without waiting for Firefox changes to
ride the trains. And, as an optional add-on, we can add more aggressive
stumbling than Fennec's current code (that only shares one location's
measurements when a web page invokes the HTML5 geolocation API).
rbarnes recommended that we isolate the stumbling code into a standalone
Java library so it can be shared by MozStumbler, a Fennec add-on, and
maybe other Android apps.
