Being that your device specifications are good, and there are thousands of users problem-free with similar spec'd devices, it is going to take quite a bit of back-and-forth investigation to figure this out. First thing to eliminate is any ROM customization, any root-mode requiring apps that can modify run-time behaviour system-wide (special permission-blocking apps maybe) -basically to figure out if your phone differs from stock in some way. The app is not special/unusual in its uploading behaviour, the code is very standard in that regard. Another thing to try, when you have Reports in the queue, manually press the upload button (at the bottom of the drawer), then go check the Log activity for errors. If you can screenshot (power+vol down) that and attach to a github issue (or if not through github just email it to me).
