The impact is negligible. Firefox listens passively for geolocation from other 
apps, currently GPS-only geolocation. So there is zero power cost from that. 
Upon receiving geolocation, a Wi-Fi and Cell scan is performed. The power cost 
for using these is greatest when going from an unused state to an active state. 
In most cases those services are sufficiently active that querying them has 
little cost.
