Hi Andy, thank you very much for your feedback, this positive one motivates me. This is the first time I heard about a successful installation of kiwix-serve in a school local network.
I have open two feature requests: * daemon mode: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2961214&group_id=175508&atid=873518 * verbose mode: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2961216&group_id=175508&atid=873518 I will try to work on that during the next days. In the worth case this will be implemented until the end of the month. I have also seen you made a blog post here: http://blog.wizzy.com/post/Kiwix-install-at-Kwena-Malapo-school-Johannesberg I try to build a planet to aggregate experiences related to Kiwix from different people in the world: http://planet.kiwix.org This is nothing big, but hope this may help people to make choices and find the best solution for their concrete problems. If you are agree, I would be happy to add you to their (please create a kiwix category/tag in this case). Regards Emmanuel PS: Small fix for you article: I do not work for Linterweb and Linterweb has not been working on Kiwix since more than a year. They also do not have prepared the WP1 0.7 ZIM in English. This is my work.
