Summary: Allow passing a template stream/reader to FreeMarker templates
inline (was: allow freemarker to render content )
Description: A method taking a Reader argument, which contains the template
itself. Useful for double-processing (i.e a Magnolia page sent as an email),
when the template isn't a resource. (was: We give the content as it were the
template.)
