The OpenIdModuleVersionHandler is now simplified. To be noted: it doesn't
extend {{it.openutils.mgnltasks.SimpleModuleVersionHandler}}, so we might see
some side effects.
I see some interesting features in SimpleModuleVersionHandler, which we might
want to make defaults, especially for development mode;
OpenIdModuleVersionHandler as it was however, was completely overwriting my
production config on restart, which isn't desired ;)
