TemplatesAvailability reacts on node name and not on hte defined id

The a site-defintion/templates/prototype a available page templates can be 
defined.
Its a list of page templates defined with an id, same pattern as dialogs or 
availableComponents id's.

The ID is ignored, but the node name of the configuration is taken into account.
It should use the id instead.
