Reopened after review.
I would prefer a less verbose naming, i.e. Contact.SALUTATION or (second
choice) Contact.PROPERTY_SALUTATION instead of
Contact.CONTACT_PROPERTY_SALUTATION.
Also, to avoid the longish ContactNodeType.Contact.CONTACT_PROPERTY_SALUTATION
in the, sometimes not so terse, config by code, I'd rather use a a static
import for Contact class
