Shell displays a scrollbar when unlocking

When unlocking the iPad, having safari running last with magnolia already
loaded, we see the scrollbar as shown in the attached screenshot - for a very
short period of time, then it fades out.
This said, it is not critical at all, but highlights that some sizing around
the shell is not calculated properly, and leaves the door open to some
accidental scrolling of the whole UI (see 2nd screenshot).
