Description:

When I drag a video file unto the upload field, it first highlights correctly to signal that it can accept a file. However, there's no progress bar shown although the upload is actually in progress - just wait long enough to see when it finishes.
In addition, if I drag the file onto the upload field a second time while an upload is in progress, the progress bar is shown and then shows progress.
