Description:

The cmsUtilTaglib:simpleNavigation tag does not expose any attributes in the taglib definition, so the following does not work:
<cmsUtilTaglib:simpleNavigation expandAll="show" startLevel="1" endLevel="4"/>
The attached patch adds @Attribute annotations to each public setter so that they will be added to the generated taglib definition.
