ui-framework should be a module and perform module install and startup for all the ui artifacts except ui-admincentral, ui-contentapp and the apps. Component definitions should also be in the module descriptor of ui-framework.
* Merge module classes, bootstraps, version handlers and component definitions of ui-actionbar, ui-form and ui-workbench into ui-framework.
* Move the same things from ui-admincentral that belongs in ui-framework.
* Move info.magnolia.ui.admincentral.module.AdminCentralModule to info.magnolia.ui.admincentral and rename to AdmincentralModule
* Move update tasks from info.magnolia.ui.admincentral.module.delta to info.magnolia.ui.admincentral.setup

* Remove unnecessary module descriptor in ui-vaadin-integration
* Remove module descriptor of ui-widget-editor and place its component decsriptor in ui-pages-app
