The enabled flag support was removed from n2b because it caused problems with STK (STK uses enabled flag in different way). Node2Bean was throwing away all beans with enabled flag set to false.
We should add support for this flag to {{info.magnolia.jcr.node2bean.impl.Node2BeanTransformerImpl#newBeanInstance}}.
Also we will need to create new transformer for {{ConfiguredTemplateDefinition}} which will override this method so n2b will not throw away definitions which has enabled flag set to false.
