We recommend to move Data item to a new and dedicated workspace.
If in 4.5, I have data/myItem, we recommend to create a new WS and to store all the myItem data in there.
It would be great to move the ACL accordingly.
For example if in 4.5 a user has access in read only in the data was to /myItem.
In the new workspace myItem, this user must have read access on /.
