Description:

Instead of having to bootstrap apps being added to the appslauncher, it would be nice to have a task instead where modules can register their apps to the appslauncher menus
Suggestion:
function1 that takes "appName" and "group"
function2 that takes "appName", "group" and "fallbackGroup"
function1 could call function2 with "fallbackGroup" = dev or tools for example.
This would avoid having to run a check manually for existing app groups.
