another proposal which should take the best of all:
- add a configuration entry in web.xml for the name of the properties file (so
you can add any no-magic static name and you only need to change this single
entry)
- allow 2 magic variables in the file name: ${servername} and ${webapp}, so you
can still use the auto-changing configuration as described above
