- rewrite the TimeBasedFlowActivationCommand so that it reads
start and end date (avoids to read it in the tree itself since the
tree should not know anything about timebased or what ever kind of
activation)

In general:
- attributes in the request scope are passed to the workitem if
possible (simple values)
- additional informations should get passed by the subclass of
FlowCommand in the prepareLunchItem() method
This has the very nice impact that the command called in the workflow
will have a similar context as if he would get called immediately.
And all this without any need of extracoding.
