taglibs: support passing node object, support uuid, repository

- I will add support for passing a node to the following tags out,
contentNodeIterator, set, setNode
- the content tags (like out) do support a uuid, path and reposiotry attribute.
If they are given the node is resolved by using this information
- out tag supports some fake nodeDataName: uuid, handle, name (those are only
working in case the is no real nodeData)
- the setNode tag puts a map in the context, this map support also some fake
keys (uuid, handle, name, ...)
- the set tag supports all scopes (local, global, active page, ...)
Anyway we need very much a new and better taglibrary!
