Jan Haderka resolved MAGNOLIA-1889.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed as part of 1884 issue. Also those tags are not displayed on public site
by default any more (i.e. adminOnly = true by default). This is to make sure no
templated previously using those tags get broken by fixing this issue.
