Resolution: Fixed
* Modules extending the DefaultModuleVersionHandler now do the following on
install, by default:
BootstrapEmptyRepositoriesTask, ModuleBootstrapTask, SamplesBootstrapTask,
ModuleFilesExtraction, RegisterModuleServletsTask
* removed some irrelevant/outdated TODOs from the code.
