At the moment, when adding a paragraph to a page, the default behaviour is to
use the given paragraph name to retrieve the dialog, instead of using the
paragraph's "dialog" property.
We added a fix in DialogHandlerManager for MAGNOLIA-1394 that does this, but
its rather ugly, and we should clean this up. (it's more complicated than it
should)
