Improve Import/Export logging by adding progress status and counts

Currently, when you do an export (or an import) there is no indication what is
"going on" so to say.
For example, importing a 150MB site XML file with all debug logging enabled
does not show any progress (at least in the log)...
It would be useful if the import/export function could output (at least in the
log)
- the progress (every 10 or 100 pages/documents)
- the total number of pages/documents imported/exported
I believe implementing this as a logging improvement (rather than doing it in
the admin inteface) would help when migrating large sites
