On installation of the samples module it automatically sets a new defaultURI,
regardless of weather magnolia.bootstrap.samples property is set to true or
false.
Consequently, e.g. when updating EE (for which adding samples is an
Installation since the module was never there before) the defaultURI will be
set to /help.html which results in a "page not found exception" right after
updating the public instance :(
