Resolution: Won't Fix
This was fixed in one of the 3.0 versions

To upgrade from 3.0.1, the procedure to upgrade from 3.0.5 should work too. You
might want to do a full backup first. (and possibly an intermediate upgrade to
3.0.5, but I don't think that'll help with anything)
