If an editor activates changes of a page more than once, it would help the
reviewer to see the version info (or date / time as well) in the inbox.
Typically, one will only be interested to activate the latest changes. Related
note: It might make sense to automatically cancel previously started workflows
of the same content (maybe a setting to turn this on/off, or add it to the
workflow definition itself?)
