Several issues depend on an improvement of the links api: See
freemarker.MagnoliaContentWrapper,
MagnoliaWikiRenderEngine/MagnoliaWikiLinkResolver, etc.
There needs to be a way to get a "configured" link resolver/transformer. The
API could be simplified (less entry points, more obvious class/method names)
