New versions of FCKEditor include config options to make it easier to integrate
into your existing css. BodyClass and BodyId can be used to set the class and
id of the editor area.
FCKEditor has been updated (MAGNOLIA-1717) to a version that includes this.
Attached is a patch to expose these two settings to the dialog config.
