Removed completely unused code.
Still pending: isBootstrapping() - this method is used by RenderingFilter. At
the moment, it is completely unreachable - if the install/update failed, the ui
will be stuck on the InstallFilter - check how this behaves with the
{{magnolia.update.auto}} mode. Surely there is a cleaner way and place to do
this check anyway !
