Looks like the commit for MAGNOLIA-2122 reverted my fix for MAGNOLIA-1790
In 3.6-m1 and m2 multipart requests generated by transporter are missing the
final separator so they don't work at all with commons-fileupload (looks like
COS is more permissive).
