Accessing the Repository to other web application

Hi
I want to access the repository for other web application for rendering
content from magnolia comunity edition but when i am trying to acess the
repository , " i am getting the error that repositiory was locked by current
process " . i have downloaded magnolia comunity edition code also after
deploying that application also getting same warning . plesae provide solution
to resolve this.
