Hi,

After some delay, I'll finally be able to build Magnolia 3.6 RC1 tomorrow (as opposed to the optimistic plan of last week). We'll have a strict no-commit policy until the final release, unless we need to fix bugs, which will lead to an RC2. If there's stuff you need to commit, please branch.

Thanks again !

Hi,

We'll be releasing Magnolia 3.6 RC1 tomorrow! I would therefore urge committers to refrain from committing anything in the meantime. As you've probably noticed, I'm stilling going down the list of opened issues for 3.6 and verifying them, applying some patches along the way, so there will probably be exceptions to the rule until tomorrow. Please use the dev list before committing anything.

Once RC1 is released, only bug fixes should be committed, and if that should happen, it will lead to further RCs to be released. If features or other fixes have to be committed before 3.6 final, it should be done in a branch, which will only be merged after the final release.

Thanks for your patience !

Cheers,
