Description:
Affects preview of upload binary files in file control.
When "file" control is used in dialog and document is stored elsewhere then in
website workspace, preview link for such document is not working. This is due
to incorrectly translated path to the file. Concrete example is related issue
in data module - MGNLDATA-36.
