Resolution: Workaround exists
Actually as of 3.6 the dialog controls show correct language after switching
the language. Only part where change is not immediately effective is the left
side navigation tree and header at the top of admin interface. For those two it
is necessary to re-login. Since for 4.0 we are planning completely new admin
interface, this will not be fixed. However patch to fix this will be applied if
submitted.
