FYI,
Inspired by the Codehaus setup and tired of browsing through millions
of issue to see if there was a patch or 2 i could quickly apply to
make someone happy, I added two fields in our Jira setup:
* Patch included
* Testcase included
This will definitely make our job easier, and might even entice some
reporters to write patches ! :)
