Browser Links in the fckEdit control are not managed properly

- Create a node type
- Extend the dialog with an fckEdit control
- Create a new node with the new node type
- Enter "Text"
- Click on the link symbol
- Enter a link, e.g. /help (Clicking 'Browse', select the web page and FF
crashes....)
- Save
In a paragraph read the content and display. The link will through a 404 and
will look as follows:
http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/${link:{uuid:{142bfb60-d37b-41ae-b0cf-81a059db1fd6},repository:{Bwebsite},handle:{/help},nodeData:{},extension:{html}}}
if I create a paragraph dialog with the same fckEdit control and edit the
content on the web page, the link is converted properly...
