Resolution: Not an issue
The problem was a dublicated jar magnolia-editor-fckeditor-3.5.8.jar which was
still in the lib folder besides magnolia-module-fckeditor-3.6.3.jar.
Removing the old one forces 3.6.3 jar to install which solves the issue.
